How the not so definite manifesto gets rolling with our people at work?
It is important to frame mindsets that can build performances both individually and team wise. However, there is no set procedure but different ways must be adopted to create triggers /patterns for design thinking lead manifesto. We try exhibit the chosen mind-frames – talk around, put them on boards, scribble them on discussion sheets and exercise them into our projects. This often gets wild, vague and sometimes quiet thoughts activated in the minds of our designers and enablers. The outcome thus produced is self-realized by each individual (as it is a part of his own) for improvement & development. We call this – Individual Performance Mindframe. This generates a collective push through yielding desired ‘performance’ of a team. In other words, final realizations of design acts are a result of reforms, rebounds and reflexes of a diverse team rich in aptitude and skills. Leaders and managers are ought to be inclusive and mentor it tactfully. Blending mind frames subtly and carefully in their interactions allows for developing an attitude for accepting and challenging at the same time. These help include diverse perspectives and encourage performance on ground. That’s how performance frames are built mindfully but in self-actualization mode at a project level variance.
People may creatively use project resources and evolve circumstances when they are assured & guided around these mind frames. Our teams live through it while imagining, solving, delivering and nurturing with every act of induced positivity by project leaders. We welcome the state of consciousness and unconscious being, both at the same time and achieve fertile active state that delivers. You can be like an open hand that may receive what it needs and gives what others may desire, or run a thought around it! This helps start a ‘collective ignite’ for a particular project and places empathy as more effective in design thinking way of execution. This could be the science of improving project outputs when humans as major factor best perform in their own individuality.
