Make Idea Nurture Intellect To INnovate & Sustain

( An introduction to MINITINS – Part I )

Another mushroom in the forest ! This is exactly that we don’t want to be. Our environs, career journeys, roles, achievements, hardships emotional & physical both are all at play and keep rigging us into a constant struggle to find, let loose and touch back selves while living busy. This needfulness became the force to bring an organization into existence to be able to feel ourselves at work. And the brand was born!

W h a t  i s  i t ? Minitins – Make Idea, Nurture Intellect To INnovate & Sustain.
The concept has emerged from a hope and is now an event to attempt to realize thoughts into reality. It is a comprehension of a two part thought for an output that can be conceived on a situational basis.
First Part – Make Idea – it all starts from an idea, enacted upon with defined or undefined objectives lead by design thinking approach for generating a positive impact. It’s more than many a times that creative teams strive for ideas, conscious or sub-consciously leading or not leading to a result. Each creative struggle is unique with its concoction of divergent & convergent thinking that feeds ideation. It takes focused thinkers & nutty designers to generate purposeful thoughts which could then be given a chance to dress up into a reality. Moments are created when an opportunity turns into a possibility.

Second Part – Nurture Intellect – we believe in establishing a meaningful existence, that enlightens our chi. It requires to be cultivated through a culture of allowing individuals to grow and facilitate means (resources) for the same. Giving back to society can’t simply be the last pick in the lifespan of a business. It rather has to be established as an indispensable function from the beginning. Nurturing individuals and environs help collaboration and bring power of creativity and intellect into its best play. Our team hustles (imposed by freewill) its way up for tasks (in the process gets best nurtured), masters them during the project execution and makes provisions for feedback incorporation to deliver a final output. Here possibilities are strategically put through a conduit of resources to get shaped into tangibles.

The Output – To Innovate & Sustain – Solutions for future can only be curated by putting our intellectual & skill assets to work for an objective in a responsible manner. Continuously changing times require us to design disruptions to accommodate & evolve or otherwise problems would stall it all and everywhere. In industries or markets it is mostly about sustaining ourselves, thus successfully competing. But we must closely realize that only when we innovate, we co-exist through new possibilities that make a better today not only for us but for everyone. In other words when we compete with others we act to sustain but do not evolve. The output is thus governed by intent to compete or intent to evolve – drafting the route to intended success.

Coexistence is thus a need rather than a choice, so collaboration is the modus operandi for devouring challenges and creating solutions. While we eagerly seek an opportunity to support these brave hearts (the industry men) wandering in the wild (ever changing and tough market terrains), focus on project is built through relationships. This allows the team to put forth sheer courage and act to initiate, think new with obvious, to perform growth and to reflect so to sustain. Working through the two part process we converge to an output that finally realizes our brand MINITINS that stands for Make Idea, Nurture Intellect To INnovate & Sustain.
