Digital Transformation
Committed to build long term credible relationships; Suvidha (SEA) intelligently tailors education solutions that help internalize capabilities for a candidates’ growth, we intended our design to allow fluid interactions with the customer.
Result – An informative education service platform was developed, keeping in mind two-fold aspect of the business – servicing customers & driving revenue. Informative sections act as traffic pullers while sections providing counselling services generate leads, all presented through a single menu bar. We made sure that the interface is simple to navigate, yet engaging. The design of each section (including iconography, text layout, functional features & CTA buttons) was curated to ensure harmony & fluid interactions resulting in qualified leads.
The platform also presents a personalized dashboard to every customer, flashing up-to-date info about the transaction - the counselling sessions delivered and pending and the timings as booked. This avoids discrepancies in execution of big ticket counselling packages and rein enforces the trust factor.
Branding
A comprehensive brand concept now exists that matches the repute and performance of the organization. It explains progressive development opportunities that an individual can avail through the company’s association. The logo was redesigned and color pallet was set reflecting real essence of the brand.
Our creative team built refined new essentials for the brand as briefed by the client, informed by trends in the industry and incoherence with culture and tech - all ready to be celebrated!
Business Remodeling
We researched and analyzed the highly unorganized sector of education counselling. We scanned the related businesses running to figure out the unknown areas. Useful patterns were identified in domains of domestic and international education counselling. These were analyzed to re-create service offerings (counselling components & packages) for students from class X to XII and then till and after graduation. The restructuring resulted in market fit products to yield better margins.
